I can't believe the state of this place. There were cockroaches in the shower and by the sink. It was gross! Plus, the whole room reeked of sewer. Definitely not worth the money for a so-called 3-star hotel!

What a truly memorable stay, no reason to complain. Breakfast was satisfactory, good views, awesome location really close to the historic centre, shops and most attractions in StAugustine. Modern design of interiors in king room. Wonderful, lovely staff towards all guests. A lot of options for breakfast in the restaurant.

Perfect for Exploring Historic St Augustine on Foot
I appreciated the easy walking access to St Augustine's historic area, with the fascinating Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park just under a kilometer away and the iconic Castillo de San Marcos less than 2 kilometers from my room; it made my weekend strolls enjoyable and stress-free, and I loved returning to my spacious suite after a day of exploration. The hotel amenities were nice, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and convenient mini-fridge for leftovers, but the proximity to the railroad tracks brought some noise at night.

I slept like a baby in the cozy room, and the pool deck was a perfect spot to unwind! The staff were super friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay special. Plus, the location was just a quick walk to all the fun – I couldn’t have asked for more!

Location is close to historic downtown and some good golf courses nearby. Unfortunately, there's constant noise from nearby streets and trains.

The Ponce St Augustine Hotel offers spacious family rooms and an inviting pool area. Breakfast stood out, featuring fresh, delicious eggs and empanadas that were a highlight. While the hotel lacks an elevator and some amenities in the room, the friendly staff made our visit pleasant.

That was modest hotel set in very very nice area, adjacent to shop, Dining options. Room was tastefully decorated and available with microwave, queen beds and tea. A shower, hairdryers and bath sheets were available there.
